How it Works

Call BrainFlex® Wellness Club to speak with one of our BrainFlex® consultants to receive additional information, or to ask any questions you may have about BrainFlex®. At this time, you may also schedule an appointment to have your personal consultation, in order to determine how BrainFlex®can benefit you and your overall wellness.

A BrainFlex® consultant will help each prospective member establish baseline performance measurements, formulate achievement goals, and create a roadmap that involves identifying the most profitable activities for each individual’s challenges and concerns. This information is used to determine which sessions may be the best fit for each member.

Members start each day with certified organic coffees, a variety of domestic teas, and carefully chosen healthy snacks. During this time, we also discuss foods shown to provide the nutrients needed for optimal brain health, as well as those foods shown to be a hindrance to brain health…all in a fun and exciting environment. This time of conversation and developing healthy connections makes it easy for members to engage.

During the remaining two hours, members separate into smaller groups, with each group participating in each of the remaining BrainFlex® key concepts, including brain training and exercise. At the end of each session, members will have engaged in all four key concepts, thereby receiving the most benefit from the program.

BrainFlex® focuses on BRAIN TRAINING activities for memory, multi-tasking abilities, and everyday problem solving skills. This includes a variety games and challenging activities, which encourage different levels and types of strategic thinking and mental processing. This allows each participant to reach a measure of success, while also pushing his or her mental abilities beyond the brain’s normal “daily routine,” thus exercising the brain much like we do our bodies when lifting weights.

Since a lack of physically appropriate EXERCISE has been shown to have a negative effect on the growth of new neurons in the brain, BrainFlex® offers age appropriate exercise, such as group stretching routines, a variety of dance programs, senior yoga, and other fun group fitness classes.
